Pricing

Cancellations & Refunds
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled before technician dispatch.
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
Warranty
Warranty is subject to the manufacturer's terms, AMC agreement, or RK OneStep's service warranty where applicable.
Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
Customer Responsibilities

Providing safe access to the service location.
Making payment after completion of service.
Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
